The Process
1. Site Selection and Evaluation
After your initial consultation with our sales consultant or our state licensed builder, Josh Klugger, we will talk about site your selection. We have licensed Real Estate professionals in house should you need assistance finding a building site. If you already have your site then we will offer a free inspection to access your property for what will be needed to build.
2. Customizing your plan or ours
Whether you have a floor plan in mind or you choose from one of our many floor plans, trust that having built over 1,000 homes we are able to customize them to meet your lifestyle, needs and budget.
3. Lender & Title Assistance
We know that for most people building a home is the most expensive undertaking they will do. We take the stress out of financing by explaining the process and recommending lending institutions that do new home construction loans.
4. Interior color selections
We know that you will want your home to reflect your fine taste and compliment your lifestyle. You will be assisted by our professionals to select every detail of your home.
5. Construction
We know and appreciate that the home you live in can affect your life in many subtle ways, rest assured we will build your home with the same attention to detail as though it was our own. We’ll keep quality and progress on track and you’ll be consistently updated and kept aware of the progress.
6. Completion
